     This is my Tao Tao 250 D It was delivered in this box. I had a small amount to put together. It only had one thing that needed to be fixed. The exhaust gasket was bad. I am very happy with it so far it seems to be a good Quad. |

Hi again Tom. So far Tim at Vbike has been a great dealer. He works hard at correcting any issues. If you have any warranty issues he will take care of you, just takes a little time with having to use the mail system for any parts, not that you should need any.

Need help with my Tao Tao 250D!!!
I have taken it out a few times and noticed it was missing when going up hills or when I increase the throttle. I upgraded the plug to am NGK and it seemed to help some. Took it out again and it is doing it again. It really struggles going up hills, seems to loose power, or when increasing the power to max speed. My wifes 150D has no issues at all - Can any one here help?

This sounds like a fuel issue I had with my CG200 engine which is the same engine you have except yours is a 250.All chinese ATV's are made of pretty much the same parts. Especially when it comes to these very heavy duty veticial engines and there carbs. One problem is alot of the carbs sometimes come with a gell pack in them and this when disolved can clog your fuel jets. These cabs need a fuel cut off valve to stop this. Take your carb off,google " How to clean a chinese ATV carb" and follow the simple directions. There are even some utube videos. This is very easy! Your problem could also be that the carb was installed to quickly and the intake gasket and o- ring got smashed or damaged. You probaly have a PZ27 or PZ30 carb. This same thing happened to me. I cleaned the jets,replaced the carb, replaced the fuel filter with a good one, and new gasket and o-ring. Sounds like you would be ok with a good cleaning and gasket oring filter and fuel shut off. I love my SUNL 200cc ATV I have had it from 2007 runs strong, I also have a watercooled one too. Good luck. |

Hi Tom, where did you buy your TaoTao 250D from? I have heard good things about them. I have a TaoTao 150B for my wife and a Vbike V4S 250 for me. I bought them from Vbike.    |
