When I took my 1st ride (JCL Buyang 300 4X4) it misfires throughout a 2mile ride.
By law is the dealer responsible to deliver a new machine that runs correctly?
There warranty requires you to send the defective part to them for replacement and the dealer stands on that. I asked him which part, as several things could affect the misfires, get this! he told me the defective one!! NO SH__! So he in effect is saying that I have to diagnose and fix the manufacturers mistake on a BRAND NEW MACHINE.

unfornunatly the Chinese ATV market and sales are kind of fly by night. The misfiring problem is probably with the Carb.. Alot of times the air /fuel misture will be to lean or rich. Google "chinese ATV carb" for best results and cleaning and adjusting,it is very easy to do with commontools. Or it could simply be the intake gasket or o-ring associated with the intake pipe that connects the carb to the engine. My SUNLATV200cc ATV was missfiring through its carb. See my thread PZ27 Missfire! Talk with me at ATVSUNLSpokane at Facebook.com.

the answer is very simple.. you bought a chinese piece of trash. You have essentially wasted your money with absolutely no hope of getting any of it back. the resale value of your bike is $0. consider this an expensive lesson.
