Three years ago I bought a chinese 250cc utv. It had a dead battery and each time after jump starting it would die. After several times my friend hooked the jump box up backwards and fried the system. One part is obviously fried which I think is called a rectifier but I don't now if that will fix anything. What would have fried and how much trouble is it to fix. Thanks for any help!

first check the main fuse. Most batteries that come with our wonderfull machinese are cheap and undersized. You will need to upgrade the battery first. Then try Googling no start chinese atv, dead battery chinese atv and so on. There is alot of free trouble shooting stuff out there on the internet!
