Backire tough PZ27 Carb

My SUNL 200cc ATV was backfiring through the carb. I replaced the PZ27carb that I bought through Motopartsmax.com. Great carb,but it was still backfiing through carb. Found it was the intake pipe gasket and o-rings that were leaking air. Replaced them , works great now!

A little more info on Backfire thru carb! Between the Air box and the carb you have the intake flexible hose. I also found that there could be a tear in that hose. Repaid with duct tape and cover with electrical tape
