If you want some info on your ATV verticle 200cc and 250cc engine, google CG200 or CG250 engine. You will find that these are in themselves really stong engines and gear boxes. You have got to remember that the word Chinese CLONE engine type is not really true. Lets take Lifan Motor company in China, and the other 2 or 3 other major motorcycle ATV scooter engine makers in china and southeast asia( there are no engine manufactures in japan). Well these 3 or so engine makers, owned by Chinese companies make all the motors for all the name brand bikes and ATV's(Honda'Yamaha,Suzuki,Can AM,KTM,ect). Now the current motors you see in lets say the last 8 years in name brand models are of course still under patent with those individual bike companies. Now what do you think these jap bike companies have been doing with the patents for older models of engines. Either the patent expires or of course now they have been selling them to the Chinese to put in those rickshaw bikes and the motercycles and ATV's they have had in there country for years. So when someone says your Chinese engine is nuts, just laugh and know they are probaly an old style Honda or yamaha ect engine thats no longer used! The engine I have in my SUNL200cc ATV is a veticle type CG engine,it is a CG200. This engine was comonly used in the HONDA 80 series XL125 to XL200 bikes, also the TC200 ect.I see this type of engine in all sorts of Chinese ATV's and dirtbikes. There strong as heck and if you change the oil every 25 hours of use with 15w40 it will last forever. The major motorcycle companies have bikes and ATV models that have engines that arn't even sold here in the US. But regardless of new or old all ATV and motorcycle engines are made by the Chinese either in a Chinese factory or one of there factories in Korea,Thialand,Vietnam,Tiawan,. Research Lifan Motor co and find out for yourself. My PZ27 carb( witch means the intake hole is 27mm) is made genericly in China parts companies put there own name on them and there own part number or OEM. My Carb fit almost every kind of single and dual carb bike out there including CAN AM and Harlry davidson. China and southeast Asia make all the parts. I always shop by specs not by name. See it was a good deal buying the chinese atv after all. You only need to know how to messure your parts for replacement and order them online. My carb comes in many different names and OEM part numbers threw many different companies. But it is still sold as a generic carb from China. If you buy 1000 they will put any name and any part number you want on it. So the parts you get at online chinese parts places are only selling you the generic part usually.GOOD LUCK!
