The front brake handle switch on the handle bars I am affraid to say is not very good. It is all plastic and will break after awhile. If you have regular drum brakes by way of straight cables and no hydralics. The only thing you can do is follow where it comes out of the handle bar and disconnect the switch at the wiring harness connector. Or of couse by a new one on line. If it is hydralic you should be able to match a good replacement from a name brand ATV. Now the rear brake switch on most Chinese ATV's are pure plastic. You can go and get a universal switch from your local bike shop for $10.00. Every once in awhile add a little grease to the plunger rod to keep it from sticking! On both of my SUNL ATV's I have had to disconnect the front brake switch to keep it from shorting out my main fuse.
