I have 2, 2007 SUNL 2x4 ATV's. They have the CG200 verticle style engine with a 4speed w/ reverse gear box, chain driven. One is the CG200 air cooled type, and the other is the CG200 watercooled type. I have only found a few irregularities in there assembly that I had to take care of,nothing major. My wife and I have been riding these riggs in the Idaho Panhandle National Forest on forest service roads and ATV trails for a few years now with little trouble from them. Between the 2 machines I have replaced,1 front brake drum(bent hitting huge rock), 1 carb( fiddling with it and screwed it up), 1 carb intake gasket, 1 carb intake o-ring( recommended when replacing carb), 1 starter sprauge bearing. I have lost a few nuts and bolts at first but not on anything major. I change my iol every 25 hours of riding with 15w40. I run primium 92 octane gas. I replaced 1- 530 chain( tried to pop a wheelie in sand, stupid me). All of these parts cost me a total of about $100.00 total and I was able to due the work myself ,because of the simplisity of these ATV's. Here it is the close of the 2013 riding season and nothing has gone wrong with either machines this season. I used 1 machine to plow snow in the winter even. See my machines and photos of our rides at ATVSUNLSpokane on facebook be my wife and I friend! I believe the best bet in Chinese ATV's are those with the single cylinder CG200cc verticle engines that are bomber. I also like that my electricial system is simple non electronic so I can work on it myself.
