Hello everyone. This site is a great idea. I bought two fushin atvs for my sons for Christmas of 2006. They have needed quite a bit of maintaining. I am learning as I go. Parts have been hard to find but it seems to be getting better. I think the one major thing I learned was run to them out of gas EVERY time you are going to put them away for a few even a few weeks. I keep Stabil in the gas quite a bit too.

You found the key right off. I drain the carbs while they are running to make sure that all gas is out of the small passages. Thats the only problem we have had was a clogged carb. With My daughters Red Cat. Its been a good little ride. Did wear out the Motor Mt. Bushing to come to think of it but I made some new ones out of hose. Good luck with your ATVs and please post often. We love lots of pics.

Yes, turn the fuel line valve off while it is running in neutral or with the brake on if it is a small automatic. I think that it is off in most cases when it is pointed between 9 and 3 oclock. In a few minute it will stall out and you can shut the key off.
