You can watch all sorts of video's on u-tube and do all sorts of crazy things to TRY and align your front tires. The only real way is to first untighten both steering adjustment nuts on bothsides of the ATV. Clean the threads real good with a small wire brush so the nuts will adjust easyly. Now take a couple of ratchet straps and put them from the handle bars to the rear of the ATV,so the handle bars in the right possition for driving straight. Now go to the adjusting nuts and turn them until you think the tires look straight ahead. This will take some eye balling it,but thats all you can do to align your front tires, eye ball it. Get it as close as you can. Now take off the ratchet straps you are done with them. Now take a slow drive down the block eye balling your adjustment. Do they look turn in pigion toed or are they spread out like a duck. What you want to do is go back and now make fine adjustments either toe one side in or out depending on which way you want either wheel to go. You can only get it as close as your eye is good. It will never be perfect and was never ment to be perfect. Trying to pull a string around the rig or measure from the frame is a lost cause. It is all trail and error adjustment. GOOD LUCK!!!
