help please! i cant get it to idle,its brand new!cleaned carb,checked shut off for debris.it still dont work.what are the general settings for the adj screws.ive messed w/them so much that i dont remember where they were.what brand is the engine?do you think a mikuni carb would fix prob?or what should i do?

Try contacting Raceway ATV also. They have a forum and it discusses Chinese ATVs. I have emailed questions to them in the past and they responded by giving me instructions on some repairs including the carb on my bikes which are a brand they don't sell.

The carbs on these things are SIMPLE. I would bet the idle circuit is blocked. In the bowl on the carb you will see two (usually brass colored) jets one has a small hole in it and one has a tiny hole in it. The tiny one is clogged. Take it out of the carb and push a very small piece of wire through it. Then hose it out with carb clean. Take care NOT to get carb clean in the needle seat or any rubber parts. Make sure it doesn't get on the plastic float. Cleaner will ruin rubber and plastic parts some times.Hope this helps. Let me know.
