I bought a sunl 110 that is in decent shape other than the wiring harness is whack. I ordered a new harness but have no clue what plugs where. Also the one I have has 2 plugs coming from the magneto and the stator and the harness I bought only has 1 plug that has more pins than any plug I have. I would greatly appreciate any help that anyone could give because I would really like to get this thing running. I'm not real sure I can find this site again so feel free to send any help to sas6317@aol.com

Before you start ripping out the ol harness hold your horses!!!! Your problem is probably the electrial connectors that are in your current harness! What you need to do is remove each wire from these connectors in pairs, one at a time. Install butt connectors of some kind to make a proper connection. Rarly does wire actually do bad unless it frys. Then just replace that lenght of wire ! I have had issues to with the wiring and just installed good conectors I bought at the hardware store. You have the wrong harness and it will not work!Check the ground so that it is good and then go threw each wire connectors,they are the week link!
