Hello all! Does anyone have a schematic for a hibird 250 stw 4 wheeler? I need to see the kill switch. My symptom is no spark. The voltage will fluctuate from about 3v down to zero as it is cranked., at the spark plug. CDI, Regulator, coil all good.Wiring is good.
im looking at the killswitch before i move on to the stator. The kill switch is a double slide type so either way you slide it will kill the engine. Taking the switch apart there are two contacts exposed and it reads continuity across the switch in either position. and also in the center position across those two contacts
the center contact is not exposed. So i need to see if ground is removed or added to kill engine. If the switch is good, it looks like ground is made to kill the engine. if anyone knows this would help cuz then i could move on to the stator. Also can anyone give me a source for OEM Hibird parts or even a dealership that sells them? thanks !
