Possible starter

well i was able to ride it, but when trying to start it again its like i am getting very little juice to the starter, and the starter hesitates as well... when i try to start it the neutral light and the back tail light dims down... I think that the starter is not good or theres a bad wire leading to the starter and its not getting a lot of juice..

Sounds like the battery is low. You can take the battery out and take it to an autoparts store to have them test it.

Check to make sure you have a good ground... that will be your number one killer by not allowing you to complete the circuit...
