i just came across a chassis all it has is a stamped vin and made in china, on the epa compliance tag it says 6/2006, didnt find a nader tag or any evidence it ever had one, i want to try to get a title for it before i dump any money into this project, im in new mexico and we have to have it registered to ride blm and forestry trails, any help is appreciated
