I have a 100cc China quad but I turn the key apply the brake and hit the push button start and nothing but I hook up jumper cables to the positive and negative wires /// and also I have another problem my atv just keeps turning over and over but won't fire up the spark plug was all black replaced it and is still not firing up can someone please help with these two problems that would be greatly appreciated.
