The battery tested at 16.5 volts I took a batter from one of my other carts that was showing 12.5 I put it in and it was a little weak and barley cranked the 150 I put the charger on it and within seconds it was over 16 volts and would not crank the 150 over I am at a loss on this thing and could use some help
