Help! Just bought a taotao 125 atv. The battery keeps overcharging. We have went through 4 batteries, 2 regulators, and 2 stators. The stator and regulator test good but battery tests over 16 at idle. What else can it be?

I've recently had the same issue on 2 separate T-Force 125cc units from Tao. What model is yours? Changing the stator on one and the Regulator on the other corrected the over voltage situation, but thy are still killing batteries. the over charge boils he electrolyte dry. haven't found the solution.
