:-/My sons 200 kazuma carb was flooding out all the time. I adjusted the float and it continued. I bought a new carb, and it ran fine for two weeks. Then the same problem came back, flooding out continuously!! The quad has been sitting in the garage now for almost two months. Now that the holidays are over I have time to work on it again. Anybody here had the same problem?

Hi welcome to the club I can't say I have had that problem. But it sounds like trash in the fuel system. I would suggest draining and flushing the entire system. Take the carb apart and clean / flush it too. These Chinese ATVs come with a packing material in the carb that has to flush out before they run right. Its there to keep them from breaking in transit. A product I have used with great success is LUCAS Tune Up in a bottle It costs about $5.00 for a bottle but well worth the money. If you don't know how to take the carb apart let me know and we will exchange #s and do it over the phone. OK? Larry

I had the same problem with one of mine. It turns out it was a very small piece of dirt that was keeping the float from stopping the fuel. It was actually coming out the overflow hose. I cleaned the carb and paid some extra attention to the float and I haven't had that problem since. I saw on another site that a guy found a screw in the bowl.
