Well the engine started smoking and leaking oil at the head/cylinder area.
Pulled engine found head bolt nuts all loose and head gasket leaking.
bought a head gasket set and install it. Put it back together again.
The carb idle air screw had been damaged so I bought a new one on ebay.
4 wheeler now runs great.
Not sure what happen days later after riding it around the house it wouldn't start
with the button. Found this site and the thread said to hold the brake to start.
Well that worked!! Why I didn't have to hold the brake before I don't know.
