Hello Guys. My 48v 1000w electric 4 wheeler is trying to lay down on me. 4 12v Batteries are good, and charge to 54v okay. But, lately it will run okay for a few minutes, until they show 50 volts - then it barely makes it back to the garage. I did put on a new controller on it, but that did not help. It has been making a little clicking noise around the left wheel for awhile, but I didn't think it was related to the motor. The motor and gears are built together, and I am afraid that could be a problem. I have written the distributor, RXD motor company, and to the Zhejiang Company in China with no response. This is a nice little 4 wheeler, and for over a year it would run several miles on a battery charge. I am wondering if there is others out there with a similar experience. Thanks for any help.
