I just got a Coolster 4 wheel. Bought a brand new engine. New wire harness. Everything new on it. But I have a problem. When I go to crank it up my back sprocket where the chain goes is spinning. Not fast but it's spinning. If I put the wheels on it it will take off on me. I done took carburator off at least 5 times.I don't know what it could be. Like I said everything new. It's not the carburator I think. Is there a part that suppose to know when the gas is engaged? I tried to stop it with my hand since it wasnt spinning that fast but no luck. My needle in my carburator is seated all the way down. Just don't know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
