Hey All, hoping for some advice as I believe to be over thinking this.
Purchased a Raytech 110CC, according to the front plate, from a less then reputable person on marketplace. Figured it would be a cheap project and give my boys lots of fun on our gravel roads, picked it up for $50 due to it not running and just sitting in his yard.
I found multiple crazy wiring splice jobs and decided to take the little ATV back down to frame and build up.
I have replaced wiring harness, stator, starter, carb, battery and fuel lines.
The ATV fires up right away but once started it acts like its at full throttle. I have attempted to adjust the carb needle. There are five total slots and originally is was in the middle. I have attempted moving it to the top, and one down, so it has been adjusted to all 3 top positions. What else may be causing the ATV to go full throttle on start up?
