Hi, Well I found the rattle in the front end of my 250 Hi-Bird. The top strut mounts were loose. Sorry no good pics. But here are some bad ones. If you copy it and move it to your photo shop you can enlarge it and see these ridiculous mounts. These mounts are different than anything I am use to. On the very top they have the edges of the mount crimped over the top. The top piece has two little holes drilled in them. They are also threaded so don't do like I did. What you want to do is either get the right tool and tighten them or use a punch and tighten them. Then I would suggest using a hammer and folding (crimping) them down tighter. I thought about welding them so they wouldn't move again but decided to glue them instead. I was worried that welding them may not be a good idea. Also the lower arm bolts were loose. So I also tightened them up. Any time you work on a ATV of the Chinese persuasion you should use something like lock tite or I prefer seals all it seems to work better with these Chinese bolts as I found out with my Jinma tractor. Lock tite just doesn't work as well. The bolts have to much slop in them. Thats why I use seals all its a lot thicker than lock tite & fills the threads better. Have a nice day Larry
